Verification Levels
We offer six verification levels: Identity Reviewed, Contact Verified, Documents Submitted, Documents Reviewed, Authorized Representative Reviewed, and Prestige Verified Listing. Each badge indicates what was reviewed.
What Verification Does Not Guarantee
Verification badges do not constitute a legal guarantee of ownership, title, boundaries, property condition, or transaction legitimacy. They indicate that certain information or documents were reviewed by our team.
Document Privacy
All verification documents are stored privately with role-based access. Only the resulting verification category is displayed publicly. Documents never appear in listings.
